Postage & Packing

Potty Moo's charges 1 flat rate P&P charge of £4.95 regardless of the size of your order so there are no extra hidden charges.

We currently use the Royal Mail to post all items.  Larger orders may be sent by courier.  We ensure that all items are packed well and leave us in excellent order.  Proof of postage is always attained for all items sent via Royal Mail.  Please note that where possible we use recycled packaging materials.  This not only saves on trees but also helps me to keep the p&p charges down.

Next day delivery is available at an extra charge.  Please contact us for a quote.

We aim to ship your item as soon as we can after your order has been received.  In most cases this will be 3-4 business days following completion of your purchase.  Please allow up to 10 BUSINESS days for your delivery to arrive.  Personalised items can take longer.  Signs, plaques and personalised wedding orders can take up to 28 days to despatch.  The FIMO products (hand made clay products such as toppers and baubles etc) can take up to 6 weeks to despatch.  Potty Moo’s cannot be held liable for adverse weather conditions, industrial action and postal strikes.  Such instances may also mean that your order will take longer to arrive.  Please also note that postage takes considerably longer during peak holiday seasons such as Christmas.  Please allow for this when placing your order.

In the unlikely event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund the order after 15 working days (the point at which the Post Office will confirm the parcel lost) from the due date of delivery in the UK and N Ireland. If non-delivery of the parcel / order is found to be due to an incorrect delivery address Potty Moo’s will not be liable for the failure to deliver and may subsequently claim losses.
