Crafty Birthday Parties!
Feeling Crafty? Then why not have a Potty Moo Birthday Party?
At our parties we encourage the children to get creative and have fun. Below you will find further information.
How many children can we invite? The maximum number of children that we host is 8. This number includes the birthday child.
How old do they have to be? We host children from the age of 6 upwards.
How long does the party last? The party lasts 1 ½ hours.
What activities can we do? We plan a task that is of interest to your child such as decorating a jewellery box or T shirt, decorating a picture frame, creating a decorated tote bag, creating a treasure box and pirate map, bedroom door plaques or decorations. This is not a definitive list and we are very much open to your suggestions and ideas. The activity will also be influenced by the age range of the children in attendance.
How much will they do? Again this is influenced by the age of the child and the activity that is chosen. For younger children a lot of the preparation for the activity is done prior to the party so that the children can get the most out of the activity and have something finished to take home with them.
How much does it cost? The cost of the party is £14 per child. This includes all of the materials needed for doing the craft activity. We also provide personalised party bags with candy for each child attending the party.
Do you provide food? We do not provide food as we do not have appropriate kitchen facilities. If you would like to have food / snacks for the children at the party then you will need to prepare and bring with you a snack box for each child.
Do the parents have to stay? This is very much dependant on the children attending. We do expect the birthday child’s parents or carers to remain on the premises in order to supervise. However, we do not have the space to entertain all of the parents and to this end we would encourage other parents to return at the end of the party to collect their children.
When do we need to pay? We do ask for 50% of the total party fee when booking in order to secure your party date. The remainder is due on or before the party date. Please note that this deposit in non-returnable if your party is cancelled within 3 weeks of the party date.
